Based on the works and research of the late Dr. Al Siebert, a Portland native, the Al Siebert Resiliency Center, Cascade Employers Association, and the Intercultural Communication Institute together are organizing our inaugural international Resiliency conference to be held in conjunction with the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication. We feel members of all organizations would find practical and useful skills for themselves and to bring back to your group.
