Jerrylene Kelly-Turner came pleading to help her get her website working. After two previous designers couldn’t give her what she needed, she found KP Services through a referral. Jerri wanted a simple PayPal shopping cart so that she and her daughter could add to and maintain the product catalog themselves. Knowing the ease of use and solid design of WordPress, I decided to make her site a ‘non-blog blog.’ Using the WordPress engine, I made several customizations to a predesigned template (RedLight) to fit her business — selling new and gently used children’s clothing. I also had to investigate some back-end domain and hosting issues, which were resolved, and she was able to retain control of her great, simple domain name: Javons.com.
